• Building network coverage and being able to maintain a strong business relationship with clients.
• Performing analysis of existing/potential customers to in order to meet their needs.
• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
• Reaching out to customer leads through multiple communication channels.
• Coordinating sales strategy with team members and other departments.
• Analysing the territory/market's potential, tracking sales and status reports.
• Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Continuously improving through feedback requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English or English native speaker.
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least three years experience in logistics.
