eBay Sales Account (Bangkok)

The E-commerce team is the newest yet fastest-growing team in Royi Sal. Our developing eBay operations spans across the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, Japan and Australia and more. Our brand’s product line ranges from Sterling Silver earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, pendants and much more.
We are looking for an experienced and professional account manager to manage products, handle the daily sales process, maintain optimal customer relationships and utilize the best marketing strategies to drive sales, brand awareness and revenue. To be a successful account manager, you should possess strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing all eBay accounts worldwide.

1. - Prepare Annual / Quarter / Monthly Marketing plan reports
- Execute the plan chosen by the Manager distinct channels/ media
- Include follow results and prepare report present to Manager (B2C)

2. -Prepares Market research report by the brand/customer segmentation and seek niche markets and opportunities. Establish digital strategies in order to develop higher brand awareness/ perception and enhance the overall profitability of the company
- Seek new selling and potential channels.
- Develop brand resource materials (product competitive advantage, positioning/ attributes/ sales data/ consumer behavior)
- Propose schedule and action plan to the manager to seek validation/modification/ feedback

3. - Prepare a listing of product
- Prepare product description
- Product market research (find the most profitable products to sell in the segment)
- Prepare the price simulations for the products
- Present the output to the manager, seek her approval/ feedbacks/ modifications

4. - Monitoring inventory (B2C) (online retail each marketplace)
- Place production order/ send inventory to the warehouse of the selling channels

5. - Coordinate with the Design team to create a new listed product’s picture
- Gather the processed picture in the purpose of advertising
for advertising & other support marketing material (B2C)

6. - Monitor sells and create selling campaign on ongoing & seasoning
- Present the output to the manager, seek her approval/ feedbacks/ modifications

7. - Prepare Performance report on the following:
- Monthly Report Summarize of performance result of the department such as Department Key
- Performance Indicator (KPI), Achievement follows Marketing plan/project (B2C
- New product listing (product data & pricing) to new marketplace project
- Suggestion and finding solutions of saving cost and efficiency
