Insight is currently seeking enthusiastic, native English-speaking instructors to join our main branch on Silom Road, Bangkok. We have opportunities available for both full-time and part-time positions.
We are seeking experienced and passionate English Instructors with experience teaching both young learners and adults. The successful candidates will thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment and be committed to delivering engaging, student-centred lessons.

COURSES WE OFFER:
• Business English

FULL-TIME INSTRUCTORS - SALARY & BENEFITS
Full-time instructors are required to work five days per week, including one weekend day.
- Contract: 100 teaching hours per month
- Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 Baht per month (depending on experience)
- Overtime: 450 Baht per teaching hour for any hours above 100 per month
- Paid Holidays:
- Approximately 10 days over the Christmas and New Year period
- Approximately 1 week during the Songkran holiday
- Visa and work permit
- Subsidized health insurance
- Ongoing training and professional development
PART-TIME INSTRUCTORS - SALARY & BENEFITS
Part-time instructors are needed to teach in evenings and weekends, or both - depending on availability.
• 300 Baht per 40-minute period (equivalent to 450 Baht per hour)
• Visa and work permit
• Ongoing training and professional development
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate must be:
• A native English speaker
• A university graduate
• Holder of a recognized TEFL/TESOL qualification
