Angara.com is hiring sales consultants to answer customer phone calls and email inquiries, assist customers when placing orders on the phone, and to manage existing customer orders.
The Position strongly prefers past experience in sales. Customer service or sales for an online company and/or a jewelry company is a plus. The position also requires exceptional people skills and the ability to work effectively on the phone as well as interact with customers via email in a fast paced environment.
• Work in US shifts for a fast-paced call center, engaging & educating customers.
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
• Assist customers in locating jewelry on the website and placing orders over the phone.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product sales.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding order shipments and transaction tracking.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving as needed.
• Must have exceptional follow-through, initiative, and attention to details, as well as problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Fluent English language proficiency required.
• Strong typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.
• Ability to navigate the internet, multiple browsers, email, and instant messenger/chat tools.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Strong ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task.
• Experience working in a customer service and/or sales role is strongly preferred.
• Past experience in Jewelry / Luxury sales is preferred.
